Investigating

We are investigating an ongoing issue in the Sandbox environment impacting Penneo QES signing and document finalisation, active since Friday, September 25.

Impact: Signing attempts using Penneo QES are currently failing, and document finalisation is failing across all signature types.

Unaffected: Signing via AdES, itsme QES, and SES continues to function as expected.

Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and will provide updates as new information becomes available.
